Hot flushes, pins and needles

Hi for those that suffer with hit flushes and pins and needles in the hands and feet I have found relief in my dogs cooling pad. I brought it for her and she refused to use ITSO now it's mine. Hope this helps someone.

I know it’s not dog related,but I was looking at a cooling insert,which fits inside your pillow case next to your pillow.

Has any OST tried one of these?

👍 This year, after many years of this getting more severe, I’ve finally resorted to these wonderful up to date flexible gel packs...I sit with my feet on them when reading, working on computer, watching tv etc...helps a lot with my severe simultaneous erythromelalgia + peripheral neuropathy burning, tingling etc etc & my consultants + specialist podiatrist have given this the ok...my severe early onset raynauds is adequately medicated so PHEW doesn’t react too badly to these cold packs...they’re saving my life during heatwaves + they mean I can do a bit of daily weight-bearing exercise (walking, standing etc always make my erythromelalgia burning flare like crazy)

there are several brands + various shapes & sizes...I decided to try these after getting fed up with the standard gel packs I’ve been using from sprains & subluxations etc leaking:
