I have stabbing pains in my feet but not too often, i didnt realise that this is related to lupus , the pain has caught me off guard a few times causing me to cry out. Can someone explain why this happens please , it has only happened recently.

It happens to me and i have orthotic inserts - my feet hurt or just my left toe -- and i am an APS patient . toe hurts most when i am in recliner or lying in bed at night - feet anytime ?
I had this several times it’s so bad it actually makes me cry out in pain the sensation lasts just a minute but afterwards there is this tingling feeling that stays for a while. Does your feet get warm while this is happening I gotten so used to it and not reported it to my doctor. I just put it down to lupus symptoms there’s so many my head can’t keep up.
