Struggling

Hi I'm really struggling dry cough worse than anything right down in my lungs, nothing is helping, my GP is very nice but does not know anything about Lupus or Sojrens.....I think I'm in massive flare ! Lupus or Sojrens? Does it matter....feeling like ?!!! What do I do ,just want to feel normal with a bit energy,too much to ask ,sorry for rant ! Hopefully everyone is feeling better than I am. Xxxx

I find that pineapple juice helps a great deal with the cough, I read about it on FB and have been drinking it ever since, give it a try xx

Hi I think you want to ask your GP for referral to hospital see what’s happening, iv got sojrens and got a infection on my lungs which is causing a dry cough , I’m on methotrexate so don’t no if that causing it
