Thought I would share as this really does work for me. Kind of makes me feel brighter wearing a bright colour on my poorly days , I’ve chose pink . I’m abit threat full of work tomorrow so I’m going to wear this to get me through.
Some people might call me crazy, I call myself “someone willing to explore and try different techniques to help me manage better” 😝
If you’ve got 10 chins then I’ve got 30! I don’t think you’re remotely crazy - but then I dyed my naturally white gold hair a weird shade of pink a few weeks ago so 🤷🏼♀️🥴🤭

The scary thing is I think when I wear my bright pink, others say how well I look. I don’t tell them my reasoning behind it, it’s for me to remind myself that it’s just a bad day. Keeps my head focused from all them nasties going on in my mind. Strangely it also makes me feel good. I’m a lover of black, so this is way out of the ordinary for me 😊x

I lifted my camera up. It hides any additional chins and I do have a few 🤨x

My husband thinks what I wear always reflects my mood so he encourages me to wear bright colours and he really hates it if i wear gray 👽

Pink really suits you! I wish it did not mean you feel so poorly, though! I love your idea to try all things to help get you through the bad days! You are beautiful! Feel better soon but even then you might want to still wear pink it really looks great on you!

I think one fortunate thing in a strange way, my skin issues always give me a sun kissed look. I’m hoping in good time when I find peace with my illness I will always be a bright pink flower 🌷 x

Just managed to crawl out of bed , at 😐11am, just reading posts .
I can see pink in a whole new light .
Maybe I’ll put something pink on, on my next appointment at chapel allerton , I always feel on a downer having these regular visits .
Think I’ll go for shocking pink lipstick .
Think it will go well against my ghost face .
Any way it makes me feel happy just thinking about it 💋💄😄
