Itching hand...Lupus related?

Hi, over the past week my hands or rather my knuckles have become increasingly itchy. They are not red or swollen, like when a flare started, but the itching is now driving me crazy. It is now affecting the whole finger on both hands. Anyone else found this? Any ideas how to stop the itching.

I get that on my feet, no visible signs of anything just intense itching. I gently use a nail brush all over them.

I have developed eczema and it started with intense itching on my index finger. I use Flexitol - it has Urea in it and was recommended by pharmacist. Dermacool (the full strength) is also good. It is usually around my joints and I think it is the heat caused by arthritis. Hope this helps, good luck

Hi, yes I’ve had itching on hands and find if I put a dab of Capsaicin in hand lotion it does the job. Works! Be careful not to rub your eyes though. Also works on other parts of skin...I recommend mixing it with an aloe lotion. Hope this helps, it’s a quick inexpensive home remedy. I also use Vick’s Vaporub (camphor products have always been a lifesaver for me)

I hope it helps! Camphor salves, Oil’s and liniments have been around for many years...my go to Med for many ills! Remember to use carrier oils at first to avoid skin reactions.

My hand itching a lot every scene I found out I have mix tissue disease

I don’t know because anything to do with my Hands have been itching really bad I don’t know if it has anything to do with lupus but I don’t know ever since I’ve been diagnosed with this tissue disease I shoulder hurts I can’t lift my arm up I Leg is shaking all the time my hands
