Lupus menopause stress hair loss

Hello,

Anyone here had any luck with successfully treating hair loss? I lost hair due to lupus which came back whilst on higher dose steroids. Then I lost hair because of depression which hasn’t really recovered. Now that I’ve got the menopause, the sparse area at the front is thinning to a worrying point. Anyone had luck in successfully treating?

Don't know if it's coincidence, but my hair has been growing back at a pace after a six-week loading dose of Vitamin D3 (25,000 units/week)...it's glossy, strong and less white too?!? Oh, and I think I might just have finished the menopause...losing your hair is losing part of your identity, so I can feel how distressing it is...hoping you have regrowth! xx

Yes I understand what you mean. It has been a tough time with all my conditions. And now I’m on a new drug. Thanks for your reply.
