Hi, its been 1.6 yrs im on plaquenil. I have started to develop pigmentation around my neck. I want to know whether this will go away after i stop taking the medication. All other reports like blood sugar etc are normal. So do the side effects of plaquenil go away once im off the medication ?

I have been on plasmaquine for years I can’t get plaquenil. I have developed pigmentation around my eyes where my sunglasses go. My rheumatologist said it won’t reverse. Tough at first to take but never mind there is a lot worse challenges people are dealing with. If you find anything that helps let us know. 😉
