Awaiting pip acknowledgement

Hi,

It’s been 5 weeks since I sent my Pip application form in, all filled out and sent recorded delivery. I haven’t heard anything back. Am I supposed to receive an acknowledgement that they’ve received it? It was to be in on a Monday and due to the stress I sent it the Thursday before recorded delivery.

Doubly panicked.

You sent the form by recorded delivery before the deadline date and u will have receipt for that..keep that receipt as it's proof of posting. Try not to panic this is what the whole process is about..stressing us out to the max!!
