Lyme's Disease

I have just been reading about Lyme's disease and the controversy about whether it could become a chronic disease if not diagnosed early. A lot of the symptoms overlap with autoimmune disease. I thought this was interesting. The biggest problems with infected ticks occur in The Highlands of Scotland and Southern England.

Just an observation !

Yes, apparently, I had Lyme's disease when I was young - I am in southern England and spent a lot of my time as a child in grassy areas at play - fields, etc. I have had health problems for most of my life. I just do my best to take care of myself with the best diet I can, enough rest and exercise and controlling the stress - not easy, but have to do it.
