Chills - hot and cold flashes?

Anyone have Lupus SLE with hot cold flashes- one day feels as though they have the flu and sinus infection and another day feels like they are normal??

Hi Jen, yes I get them. The chills are usually a good indicator for me that I'm doing too much and are the best predictor that something is about to kick off. Same with the hot flushes. I get hot flushes with nausea. I haven't really found anything to stop them but I use them as a warning sign and slow down. Best wishes.x

Yes I get hot flashes at the start of a flare usually with the red flush on my cheeks and fluey feeling.

Recently my flares can be started with almost anything , like a slight change of weather or a scale and clean at the dentist.

If I am shivery and chilled with me it usually means an infection ,like a UTI lurking.
