Advice please

Hi everyone. Looking for some advice please.

Had my 3 monthly appointment with my rheumatology team last Wednesday, when I pointed out how puffy and swollen my right leg is. The registrar checked my bloods, noticed my albumin level was 27 and said that she would do an ACR. That came back as slightly high at 3.68.

She then decided I needed a scan to rule out a DVT and said that would be done urgently. No DVT - just a very swollen and uncomfortable leg and no idea what can be done to make it less swollen and painful. I get it's down to low albumin but what can I do now? Any ideas,..please?
