Aww you’re never alone on here Sopia. Please do post and tell others about yourself, what you’re planning to do over the festive season and how you’re feeling about it all. Hugs, Twitchy x

But I’m so sad because I can not get treatment 😭

And why can’t you get treatment? Have you not yet been officially diagnosed? Please tell us all and I’m sure that others with Lupus will try to help you. I have Sjögren’s myself. 🤗

I’m so very sorry to learn that you are struggling to access treatments due to financial difficulties in a country without a national health service.

All I can think to suggest is that you read up on Lupus UK, focussing on information about natural therapies and holistic approaches to living with Lupus. Hopefully other sufferers reading your post will have more specific ideas and suggestions for ways to help you manage your Lupus naturally.

Meanwhile I hope that just knowing you aren’t alone is a source of some comfort too.

Hi Sopia! I've recently joined myself and have found that this is a lovely community that has helped me feel better in light of my recent diagnosis.

Unfortunately the admins are off at the moment for Christmas but the LupusUK website has a lot of leaflets full of advice.

What has prevented you from getting treatment?

Wishing you a very merry Christmas and a happy New year.

Hi, Sophia. I in Iran, too, have your problem. In addition, I am a man in his late 50s. But hopefully you will find the good treatment out of herbs that are abundant in Indonesia with humble prices. Please try them, too. And remember that: You are not alone here at all. Happy Christmas!

Go to the wikipedia page or just google - Healthcare in Indonesia. There might ? be some publicly funded places to access healthcare. Go online to research it so you can access it. You might have to fight for it and travel to get the healthcare you need.

Prednisolone is a reasonably cheap drug to obtain and is the core mainstay of Lupus treatment. You should be able to get access to it somehow.

Go online and research it all. Get advice from here.

Go to your local Pukesmas and ask what treatment you require.
