My rheumatologist thinks it’s lupus but wants to see me again in 2 months to confirm. I’m now on Celebrex, robaxin, Methylprednisolone And decara for vitamin D deficiency. So far I have inflammation of the colon and liver. Let’s see how things go.

Hi there, sorry to hear you have been unwell. It concerns me you are on Celebrex and have intestinal inflammation. Celebrex is a COX-2 inhibitor (a bit similar to ibuprofen) and these drugs are notorious for causing GI problems. I would have a chat with your Dr about looking at other pain medication. I even think that Celebrex in some countries is not prescribed due to the problems with GI bleeds etc. Wishing you all the best, Keli.
