Does anyone have rash on palms during a flare

Yes, I do, I thought I had hand foot and mouth, my gp gave me two lots of antihistamine which didn't help one bit. I had a rash on upper arms as well. I did mention this to my rheumy doc and she took note of it, she is always asking me if I Have any rashes. I was going around looking for cool places to put my hands, they were on fire. Three weeks later it vanished. I still get really itchy hands without the rash now.

I get rashes on my hand and in-between my fingers, they get really itchy and inflamed and as soon as they start to get better they get dry and itchy again, I have been using a steroid on them that helps works for a couple of days but as soon as I stopped using it, it comes back again.
