Feeling dizzy. Headache and blocked ear.

Could not sleep all night. Terrible headache that I felt like screaming in pain. Woke up feeling dizzy and my right ear is blocked even my right eye is sore. I have so many things to do but I know that I am going to spend another day seating down watching tv. Can't even take my dog for a walk. 😭

I just hope my husband won't get fed up with me.

Try inhaling...towel over head - head over boiling water..sounds as if you've got a sinus infection!

Do it every 2/3 hours...if no relief after24hrs, I'd see your GP, you may need some meds.

If it's not too cold a walk in the fresh air would be good.
