Cold Feet

I have SLE lupus and my feet stay cold have been doing so for about a month now and if I sit to long my knees hurt any suggestions

There’s no real solution other than keep mobile as much as possible. Trust you are seeing a specialist? Unless you are having signs of skin breakdown they don’t seem to think cold hands and feet are clinically important and just tell you to keep moving and wear warm clothes.

Regarding your knees; have you discussed this with your consultant? Have you had an occupational therapy (OT) assessment in your home? They may be able to advise you about adaptations to your seating which may help you be more comfortable.
