Hi has anybody else ever experienced sore feet that are swollen and feel like they are burning? My feet are so sore and my skin is peeling terribly.

Feet on fire
Yes I've had this but not the redness or peeling - although my toes and finger tips go bright red and burn. Have you come across Erythromelagia at all? It says it's rare but I think that's as a stand alone condition because quite a few with Lupus, Sjögren's and RA seem to get it. I think it sits somewhere between small vessel Vasculitis, Raynaud's and Small Fibre Neuropathy for some of us. You should definitely get it checked out with your rheumy though because it might be something else of course. nhs.uk/Conditions/erythrome...
I can get the red burning feet, but not hands, and no peeling. My rheumy mentioned erythromelagia and associated it with Raynaud's and the noticeable livedo reticularis I have when cold. In my case it's not a great problem and the rheumy isn't concerned, but you really need to see a doctor to check what's happening in your case. I'm sure there could be many other medical reasons for your feet problems.
I get that too from time to time. My daughter also has Lupus and she was telling about her hot feet. So uncomfortable.
I have used this
Ketorolac Tromethamine 2% Topical Gel
It's a prescription and it helps.
Also same medication -toradol - Ketorolac Tromethamine - comes as a nose spray called Sprix if I am having a major bad joint day I use it. It has saved me from going to ER or using narcotics to mask the pain - best of luck
