Sharp right under shoulder blade burning pain and right chest just above the breast

Good day I have this pain in my back right side just under my shoulder disk its really sensitive and not going away then also sharp pain in my right side of my chest just above the breast that comes and go's with n tight feel on my right side of my stomach

This sounds like you need a Doctor - not linked to auto immune stuff. I had something similar and had pulled a muscle ! Stop worrying and see a Doc x
