Crazy I know but does anyone have this crazy lymph node problem

I know it's been awhile since I posted but my neck breAks out in lesions and get crusty and hair grows under neither it but not noal it's long and fells like it is a strong across the face or half of the face and when I locknut one ten more come out its a Bain reaction indiscoverednq new lesion on the left side of my face so now am I crazy or am I crazy! I have read of many causes like cancer call Biggs or lea lumina so help out her cause I cut them off or burn them

Do you have Sjögren's too I wonder? And have you had these looked at on ultrasound at all? I ask because I have primary Sjögren's but not the visibly swollen lymph nodes - although I'm aware this is quite a common feature. My 22 year old son has swollen lymph nodes and had them looked at by ultrasound but they were benign.
