New to lupus

Hi my name is Bev I have arthritis fibromyalgia and I am in the process of being diagnosed with lupus I have several symptoms including rash on my face sore joints all over my head itches all over and when I was my hair or brush it I find I lose hair. I have sores up my nose and in my mouth I'm exhausted all the time and I'm confused what is lupus and what is fibromyalgia has anyone got similar symptoms to me

Hi Bev-c ,

I think that a lot of people in this community will agree that it is sometimes very difficult to tell which symptoms are caused by lupus and which are caused by fibromyalgia or another condition because there can be a lot of overlap.
