PAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!

So last October I think I tore my hamstring (physio was sure) did exercises as told but still in pain. After an injection albeit in the wrong place as they did not have consultants letter from clinic I'm still in agony. Today I had an ultra sound scan but she could not find anything wrong but did say didn't mean there was not and should probably have more injections into it under guidance by scan... Any ideas as I'm at a loss I'm in more pain now its been prodded about again. It feels like I've been kicked hard up the back of my leg/bum (left side), worst ache ever, burning sensation and stabbing all down back of leg. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can hardly walk.
