Dear Lord! My lower back is starting to really hurt. It seems this is the first thing that happens with a flare and it's all down hill from here. Anyone else have this happen?

Hi LucyK5821. I was diagnosed with SLE 4 years ago.I also get severe low back pain but have not put it down to a flare.I seem to have it most of the time.I had a spinal decompression op last February which removed my sciatica beautifully but still get this LBP.Im putting it down to bodily degeneration.🙀 I'm 78 so can't complain,good luck
I was diagnosed with Lupus just before Christmas 2016 I was ok for a approximately 4wks and I started to get lower back pain when I walked even a short way but I kept working. Last Satuday my back went from coping ok to being unable to move out of my bed,walk or move around my little house. When I am laid in bed I have very little houses,
Pain is "normal" even when it's not a flare. There are some weeks where the pain is greater than others.
