Arghh I'm so exhausted. I'm having a flare up at the moment and my meds have been adjusted accordingly however I always need painkillers when having a flare up as well. My hisband was out for the night which had been planned months in advance. I was too scared to take painkillers in case I didn't hear my baby in the night meaning that I've been in too much pain to sleep. And guess what she's not woken up at all! I could've taken them. Guess today will be a write off !

I understand & remember when my boys were 2 & 7, felt like you & would not take pain meds without another person there, just in case. my kids are now 28 & 21. We survived...TeeHeeHee
