Not sure what I have

Well my name is Carl g I'm 48 in last year it's been steady decline. I've not been to doctor about problems I'm not what I have but things have progressed first thing I wake up in morn I feel terrible my joints ache and hurt so bad I can barely get out of bed plus I'm so stiff lately my shoulders wake me up cause there just screaming. I've had skin problems on my face for long time but lately at end of my fingers on sides peeling and cracking flaking. I've been getting kanker soars in mouth that are huge what awfull pain. I get winded hardly doing nothing and that's not me. My joints always hurt worse lately but when I wake up is the worst I get sharp pains in middle of back at times. I've taken vicodine for long time for my hips and a shoulder that needs replaced but lately taking way to much doesn't seam to help pain that much. My memory seams to get worse everyday. My sleeping is very erratic sometimes I can sleep a lot but lately not at all. I have sleep apnea but seams much worse rite now. I hope all of you can help cause I can't take much more. Working is brutal I'm a pipefitter

What you are describing is typical of some form of autoimmune disorder and you need to see a rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment. There are a lot of possibilities so no one forum like this one could say for sure "Oh yes, that's what I have". But you DO need to see a specialist asap.

As PMRpro has suggested, it would be wise to go to your GP and request a referral to a rheumatologist for further investigation of these symptoms.
