Painful Vasculitis emissions - anybody to share the experience - how you managed it

On steroids and MMF for PAN since 2000.

Azathioprine or Cyclophosphamide also replaced MMF during the last 16 years treatment.

Now having severe painful Vasculitis emissions on both foot which takes very long time to heel, any body have the similar experience, any special care or extra medications?

In consultation with a dermatologist my Dr. put me on prednisolone instead of methyl prednisolone.

Another new tablet added is Trental 400 (pentoxifyline) to improve blood flow in capillaries.

Hope to improve the situation so that I can go for work.
