Shock

Was in a car accident yesterday . I am everyone else are fine I've only hurt my knee . I couldn't feel any of joint pains because of the shock . It's amazing how that happens . Yesterday incident has made me realise that I need to take gloves and a jacket wherever I go from now on. I had a jumper on and took my waterproof . I didn't take any gloves . Luckily had my jacket otherwise the 2 hours on the road side would have been a lot worse .

Today is my 17th birthday . So had quite an unusual weekend that I weren't expecting .

Sorry about your accident yesterday and glad you weren't hurt,still it shakes you up all the same.

It's amazing how that adrenalin kick puts all pain out of the way temporarily it's a good feeling.

Good idea to be prepared so nay be a good idea to keep a "warm bag" of stuff in the car boot in case of need.

My knee hurts to touch . Skin came off it . Not sure if it will bruise ?

Did you get it checked out? Or did you clean it up yourself? The shock of an accident is not nice. Take it easy the next week or so. Enjoy your birthday evening. 🎂🎈🎁

Didn't get it checked . Weren't bleeding or nothing . I went to work today but felt sick and I'll . I'm not gonna go in tomorrow to work . It might be the shock that is leading me to feel ill so a day of rest would probably be best
