I rang up PIP last night to chase up where my back dated money is. On the 3rd of august i received a letter to see if bank details had changed on if i had been hospital. I sent it back the same day. The lady on the phone so they only received the letter on Monday 8th. I should get some money by end of next week.
The problem is when you win tribunal the DWP have 28 days to appeal the tribunals decision.
