😞 way too HOT weather today 😩

hello

second mega HOT day weather wise here today . 25C in shade in garden 🏡 and wearing UV arm protectors, hat along with prescription sunglasses.

I can no longer enjoy summers, shorts and sleeveless tops , sandles are no longer an option for me 😞 combined with the heat adding to the fatigue and pain 😞

hope you can fund some way to find the heat bearable

I got sunburn on my arm driving the car yesterday so avoided going out today just in case! X
