Will so I finally saw a doc, n told me my lupus is really been active. My nose has rash on there now. Increase my steriods, n give a medicine called mycophenlate mofetil. Has anyone any of that 500 mg twice a day. Got calcium as well...just scared to get any worst, but my pain has been bad, so I got tramadol. Did more blood work, n gonna test me for colon cancer. I hope all is well n taking care of yourselves.

Sorry Jo: you're in an extra rough patch 😟....mycophenolate has been GRRRREAT for me...my therapeutic dose has been 500mg 2x daily for several years (in a combined therapy lupus treatment plan with daily hydroxy + pred + amitrip)...it was scary starting up on myco, and my chronic upper GI conditions were aggravated for about 3 months, but then my bod adjusted and ever since things have improved generally for me lupus-wise.

Wishing you all the best with everything: you've got a lot on your plate! Am glad your medics are paying you close attention. Hope you'll let us know how all this goes

Jo, I take 4 x 500mg daily of mycophenolate and have no problems. Like coco I also take hydroxy, pred etc. have my moments but, by and large, they all work for me.
