Does anybody else hate having to sign in with a password every time? Call me sick and grumpy but it is so much wasted effort. I am not going on facebook.

Yes, I find that irritating too but I'm sure the healthunlocked team has its reasons.

I don't have to sign in every time. I have bookmarked the site on my home page and it brings me straight to posts when I use it

I don't sign in. My emails take me right to the message or I just type in healthunlocked into ixquick search engine. No signing in.

On some devices their is an option to "keep me signed in on this device" which can be ticked when you sign in.

Hi zzukke,

What sort of device do you use when you are trying to access the site? We can flag this up with the HealthUnlocked Support Team and see if they can fix it.

I tick the keep me signed in but I still have to put on my email and password everytime, even when I've not logged out. I use my mobile phone to read my emails as I find it easier and quicker than getting the computer out and can read them anytime this way.

I have no technological knowledge at all, but I don't ever have to sign in when I come on the site. I don't know why, but I wish I could help.

It’s very common, on Apple products, particularly Apple mobile devices, for users to accidentally be on Private mode on the Safari browser. Private mode means that no information is stored on the browser, and so regardless of whether or not the “keep me logged in” box is ticked, users will have to provide the information each time because it is not stored.

You can read more about “Private mode” and how to tell if you are on it, as well as how to get off it here: support.apple.com/en-gb/HT2... If users ensure they are not on Private browsing, they will need to log in once more onto their accounts, with the “keep me logged in” button ticked, and will no longer need to log in.
