My joints in hands are so sore today.i carnt help but think my hands look a little arthritic

I'm sorry you are having a bad time with your hands. Most of us do get it. I'm actually. At the stage I can not pick up a pen or do up buttons. I really. Didn't think acupuncture would work but I'm four days late for my next one and boy is my body ki king jp a fuss. Going in ten minutes so by this evening should feel a lot better. Go to docs and give it a try. It won't make matters worse. Regards Diane
