Hi there sorry the picture isn't great, I call this my collapsed hip ?. As you can see it's collapsed in ? I suffer from M.E, Fibromyalgia and CFS but I think I have Lupus due to other symptoms. Thank you in advance.

Hello sorry I've only just see this. I just wanted to let you know that I have a form of lupus called lupus profundus which is where immune system attacks fat and skin and it started with a dip in my hip or my glute muscles in fact. It was diagnosed via biopsy and bloods. The hip / glute also a rash over the top too. I don't know if that's what you have as I am not a dr but share this is case helpful.

Hi there thank you for the reply, I had a ANA blood test done that came back negative, even though I get lupus symptoms including the butterfly rash and several other symptoms, I'm just fed up with everything as I've never been given a reason for my muscle wastage
