Not a pleasant experience andreamb, but unfortunately a common one among ourselves!! Low immune systems due to the illness and the necessary medications. Rest and plenty of it is very important and no stress, all easier said than done I know 😟. Hope you're feeling better soon.
I am feeling your pain, shingle day 5!
Rest up! I used camomile lotion to stop itching, aloe Vera to soothe & once it finally healed - Vit E Oil to remove scars. The blisters will turn pusi (which is poisonous & contagious) dry out scab & hopefully not scar. Take care of yourself
Know how you feel, I had shingles at Christmas, don't think I've felt right since, sorry to say. Hope your recovery is a speedy one. Sending lupie hugs.x
