Flu like aches can be a symptom of a lupus flare up. I find anti-inflammatory pain meds more helpful for this. I don't like the hot weather either! Hang in there. x
I like to grate and boil fresh ginger, let it cool down abit, pour into cup, add manuka honey, (to taste) , than squeeze in half lemon juice and enjoy. Good luck.
