Professor Emery (Leeds)

After much difficulty with my current rheumatologist, I think I have finally made the decision to ask to be referred to Prof Emery at Leeds. I am quite anxious about this as I am pinning my hopes on Leeds to give me some help! Does anyone have any words of advice for me? I am so worried about making the wrong decision! Thanks.

I am on a facebook page for people with Mixed Conective tissue disease, which means you have bits of differant autoimmune diseases including Lupus.

A lady on there has recomend Prof Emery, he is supposed to be one of the top autoimmune Drs in the North.

So I'm sure it will all be good, just be honest and maybe keep a symptom diary?

Good luck and let us know how you get one.
