Right shoulder pain breast bone pain and sometimes under right rib cage pain

I'm suffering severe pain In between shoulder blades almost as if I've drank something and it's gone down wrong way, pain sometimes in chest bone and can b sore too touch also have pain at times under right rib cage, been for xray it should nothing had blood test it should nothing, been prescribed tramadol for pain relief and awaiting gall bladder scan, I'm worried sick incase of anything sinister ... Any one with any ideas?

Sounds like gallbladder attack, probably inflammation or gall stone.

Not sure but I get costochondroitis which is inflammation of the connective tissue between the rib bones, it can range from mild discomfort to awful pain, maybe worth a google to see if you recognise any of the symptoms. This does not show on x-rays or blood tests. Hope you get to the bottom of it soon.
