I had a ecg last week..everthing was fine, still not convinced though,did see my rheumy today she checked me over she thinks it might be my reflexes and to try Gaviscon. May settle it..i will give it a go..i have reduced my steroids to 2 mg some good news..

oh acid reflux...

do you use other anti inflamitories as well...they can be hard on your tummy too

Very occasionally I may have ibuprofen..may be once every 2weeks.if I need it..do U think this may be causing.

I just know they re hard on my stomach even if I eat with them, or take milk...even the coated pills. Boy do i retain water with them as well...I try not to use them.

hi jeevan05,five weeks ago i had a heart attack before this i had chest pains and all the other aches and pains of sle, went to the docs quite a few times but didnt get any satisfaction, my advice is forget the tablets and demand to have all the tests required to find out if your arteries are getting blocked dont wait like i did they say lupus is the silent killer and i found that out so keep pestering until you get it sorted, hope this helps you,ozzie2

Thanx for your advice I will make a appointment today..as I have had it all day today..i don't think its reflex it feels very uncomfortable.
