I feeling dreadful with awful cough n bad chest struggling to breath with it n feeling tired n head ache part from tht I am ok just wondering how other ppl r feeling today n I got my lupus journal today

Hi Shakylove...sorry that you're feeling bad today..hopefully you'll be on the mend soon.been far too hot for me today even with hat and factor 50 on,my lovely crocodile lumpy rash is back ! Take care..hope you feel better soon love Redfive

Sorry to hear you've not been feeling very well. I think there must be something going around as a friend of mine said she's tired, feeling sick & very cold. That's exactly how I feel too! I've been so hot with this horrendous heat & having to have the electric fan on me nearly all the time while i'm at home. Yesterday afternoon it just came over me that I had to go to bed & sleep which I did for about an hr, then after that felt so sick. Fell asleep in my chair last night which is not good for me as am in wheelchair permantly, & i've got sooo many medical probs apart from SLE Lupus & Sjogrens, so when I slept on my chair I woke up at 3.30am & went to the loo & went back to sleep for 2 hrs & then hubby made me coffee & did my water as i've a lot of meds to take. Took them & hubby made me 1 weetabix with warm milk (which I didn't really want as felt so sick) had to have because i'm on antibiotics. Had them went back to bed for a couple of hrs & have felt quite poorley since! I hope you feel better soon Shakylove.
