Had lots of thick dark hair but in the past few weeks its got thinner and thinner and it seems to be turning bleach white, to think i actually used to complain that my arms ached when drying it and now it takes a few minutes to dry.
This lupus fella looks like he,s going to take everything. Anyway moan over suppose i just have to get on with it as best i can.
Mine is falling out too! 
so scary! My ponytail is getting smaller and smaller. Completely understand how you feel. Get stages where it comes out then grows back, loads of new hair coming.

Aveda has a new range of hair stuff for hairloss/thinning & the good thing about it is that its all natural.
It's called 'Invati' it's not cheap, but definitely worth it. You could always try the samples...

Completely understand what you are going through, I used to have thick luscious hair, it is now long and thin. This morning was a nightmare, i brushed it and a pile of it was on the floor after 30 seconds. I now do not dry my hair with a brush and hairdryer to try and avoid losing more, i know it is pointless but it makes me fell like I am doing something positive. incidentally, i have recently been diagnosed with pituitary gland issues which affect my thryoid and cortisol levels. When I increase my steroid intake my hair improves.... maybe you should look into that. try and stay positive me x
Mines is also falling out - it's very depressing!
@chucch I might also try the Aveda range. I'm willing to try anything at this point to try and save what little hair I have left
