Dr Robert Thompson at aintree: hi guys has anyone... - LUPUS UK
Dr Robert Thompson at aintree
I cannot praise prof moots enough, he was my consultant for 3 years. He has spoilt me for other consultants as no one has managed to get close to him in knowledge, ability to communicate and care fr the individual. I hope that you get to see him

Prof Moots has done more for me in just on 2 year than anybody else has done in nearly 7. He isn't happy with my symptoms just being lupus and is testing for other things as well. He via great and bloods are done in same clinic area so you done have to walk miles. Everybody in the clinic is lovely. I can't praise any of them enough.
Hi Mark, I have been under the care of Robert Thompson at Aintree for 8 years and cannot praise him enough. He is a superb rheumy consultant and I cannot fault the care I have received and continue to receive to this day. The Lupus clinic is usually held one Wednesday each month however should Dr Thompson need to see you he will schedule you into his rheumy clinic. I also receive care from the nephrology consultants who work in parallel with Dr Thompson due to my kidney complications however Robert is the main consultant who generally calls the shots with regards to my medications etc. All the clinical teams have been fantastic. I'm not sure how it works with regards to paying for consultation but good luck and I hope you get the answers you are looking for. Take care and keep us posted on your progress
