I can't sleep...

Hi im carmen and i im having trouble sleeping and i get chills and i get cold then hot . I have pain in my legs and my hand .

Hi Carmen,

Unfortunately this sounds pretty par for the course. So sorry you are dealing with this,such a pain. I go through fits of this and then in seems I have to take something for just a night or two to break the cycle.

Have you mentioned this issue to your Dr?

Carmen, I think you should see your doctor to find out the problem. Are you running a temperature when this occurs? How long have you had these symptoms? If you can, try to keep a diary of your symptoms. It is also a good idea to recall every childhood illness, no matter how irrelevant you may believe them to be, right up to now, with dates if you can. Include any symptoms such as anxiety and depression. This is very helpful when seeing your lupus specialist. Are you seeing a lupus specialist? Do you have a diagnosis?

You don't have to answer these questions publicly. I am just trying to offer some advice of preparing for a visit to the doctor. By all means contact me.

I have the same problem lately and then with it I get a,sudden weakness and dizziness. I know it's my fault cause I haven't seen a Dr yet idk if I should call and say I can't wait till they can or stick it out till next month. I wish I knew what all this means like is it progressing or just reaction. Ros I was reading your thing on vitigo or something like that but I was also ready about a cancer that forms called Biggs and has an accelerated hair growth that attacks the lymph node do you know or hears about that?
