There could be a number of reasons which include the stress you have been under.

Go to bed at your usual time.

Don't eat or drink alcohol or coffee before you go to bed.

Warm milk sometimes help.

Try some relaxation exercises.

If you find your mind is going over and over something that is worrying you - that is probably the cause.

Go to sleep at the same time each night - and don't nap during the day!

If you can, during the day try some physical exercises that a physiotherapist recommends for you. This can make a difference.

If nothing works, see your doctor.

With good wishes,

Ros

There is NO fee. Everything we offer is FREE!

If, at some point, you would like to make a donation via PayPal, you can. This is NOT compulsory. The donation is only used to pay the webhost! I do not know whether a member donates or not.

16 years ago, I decided to start a non-profit called LUpus Patients Understanding & Support (LUPUS). I also decided that information and online psychological support should be FREE. This is because most members are ill and many cannot work. Many, if not most organisations charge a subscription. We do not. We do not fund raise.

What is different about LUpus Patients Understanding & Support (LUPUS), apart from our services given are free, is that we specialise in psychological support which most lupus organisations do not offer.

There is a great deal of information at the LuPUS Message Board - and you can always ask if there is information about a topic that is important to you.

You can just read the posts, ask questions and talk to others: all of this is FREE!

Be well!
