Have experienced weight loss with advanced (stage 4) non-small cell lung cancer?

Hello all

Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is supporting a group of UK doctors and researcher working with the Advanced Clinical company to develop a trial on weight loss experienced by people with advanced (stage 4) non-small cell lung cancer. If you would be willing to assist by completing the 13 question survey so that your experience can influence the research please complete the attached survey, or follow the link
