Jeffrey Poehlmann who was a regular contributor here and other places. Also he was a blogger whose work was picked up by lungcancer.net. Jeffrey passed away this week.

Jeffrey’s answers were always well thought out and I quickly learned that I could rely on their accuracy. His voice will be missed

I saw this news last night and it hit me quite hard. I found Jeffrey's blog shortly after I was diagnosed and followed his journey closely. We disagreed at times, even on this site, but I always found his willingness to delve deep into what was important to him admirable. He was a true patient advocate and I will miss his voice, his support and his willingness to openly share his journey. Sending love and hopes for peace to his family.

RIP Jeffrey, you did good.

Prayers to his family.

Very sad to learn this. I will miss his voice.

His family will be establishing a college fund for his young daughter. I will try to post details when they are available.
