Does anyone know where I can get extra wide golf shoes for my husband from?

My husband has lymphodema in both legs. Because of this his feet are very, very swollen. We have tried to usual addidas off the shelf wide golf shoes but they won't go anywhere near. Does anyone know of any other shops/websites that might be able to cater for him?
