I have Primary Lymphodeama in both ankles and legs.

Does anyone use Cira-Aid Bandaging and how does it affect you?

Yes have been using them on my right leg for about 7 years. Mine go from just below the knee down to just above my ankle. It's been pretty effective in reducing the swelling. I will check with the stats I got from the hospital but I think it went down by 30-40 %. The thing you need go watch out for is swelling above and below the circaid. I know use an ankle support to stop the ankle swelling. Circaid do a foot wrap but I found that bulky and ineffective. The other challenge is the Velcro can start sticking to your trousers so I often wear an old elasticated stocking over the circaid. Finally my last circaid is made from different material to the pervious ones, it's thicker and more elastic, I prefer the older design :-(

In summary I think they are good but not without challenges.

I have 2 Circaid foot wraps which don't work that well but wear them at home to give me support. What are the name of the ankle supports and where can i get them to give them a try.
