Hi there, when my Lymphedema first started I tried Epsom salt baths. I don't feel certain it was the salt specifically, but it felt like I got a little more circulation after a bath. Be very careful not to bathe in very hot water - I learnt the hard way that Lymphedemapatients should not bathe in water warmer than 40°C - some say 34 as toxins are released and our lymphatic system that handles these doesn't work properly. I have a post on my blog about that here:

After my accident I stopped as I thought it was too risky and the salt was too expensive (one should use a lot).

For a long time I made my own wheatgrassjuice from fresh wheatgrass. It tasted horrible, didn't seem to make any difference and was very expensive so I stopped. I think that if cleansing ones system properly wheatgrass might benefit the lymphatic system but not on its own and combined with an average diet.

I have a post about my wheatgrass juice here:

and this one about how far we are willing to go to try and heal ourselves:

I do salt baths, epsom salts or dead sea salts are best, but I just use a slack handfull of sea salt or even table salt! I also got one of those bubble jacuzzi mats which I use on gentle, I find that brilliant but it wouldn't be safe for all maybe so as always go slow and find out what works for you
