I have looked at how to reduce bile production and from what I can tell it’s following a
low

. But , I was wondering if any of you lovely people hav come across this for yourselves and if you have , how have you dealt with it? I would appreciate any advice and guidance. thanks guys.

Pain relief.
I used to be able to control the pain by sticking to a very
low
fat
diet
. But for the last 18months I've been in pain every day, I have also found that the pain becomes worse when I'm walking which is really getting me down as it is hard to avoid walking it is necessary.

weight, diet and statins?
to increase (normally a

Neurologist update and gaviscon
I switched to a
low
fat
diet
, no gluten (I'm gluten intolerant) on Sunday to try and get ahold of my reflux and stop taking the gaviscon. Since then I haven't taken one gaviscon and my pain has been so much more tolerable. Just an observation on my part but something to consider.

Steroids
I read that he needs a
low
salt and
low
fat
diet
. Also he needs to eat foods with potassium and he should take Vitamin D. Should he speak to his GP even though the steroids are being managed by his neurologist? Or should he buy over the counter Vitamin D etc? Thank you all.

During this time they were saying it was IBS as well and that I should be managing things through
diet
. However for months I was eating
low
fat
diet
. In the end they said to me it's not IBS it is my gallbladder. They have put me on omeprazle and cycziline as well as Rennes.

Struggling to bring down blood sugars
I was expecting
low
carb
diet
,
fat
loss and higher muscle mass would all contribute to reducing my HbA1C over time however it's more or less flat for the last 1.5 years. Any suggestions on how to bring the sugars down?

So pleased
I have to maintain a
low
fat
diet
and abstain from alcohol (which is easy for me as I don't drink). My point is that initially, my GP took some real questioning to confirm that I had a fatty liver. It was much worse than that and he seemed to play it down some what.

Hi! I'm new and excited to meet others and learn about your journey
Good afternoon. I'm new to the group. I already posted an item, but thought I should introduce myself. I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in 2010. Had a mastectomy. Went on tamoxifen for 2 years, then quit because it made me feel miserable. No chemo. In 2022, I was once again diagnosed

Hello To You All
My husband and I continue to eat low carb, about 4 years now. Any one else continuing? Rather disappointing that low carb doesn't have a higher profile in many countries. Any idea why? My husband has also been looking into the omega 3 omega 6 ratio in our foods and the absolute intake of omega 6.

Self sabotage
I had a good day yesterday, my husband went away for two weeks but I am fine on my own. I cooked a nice diet friendly meal for myself. There was a small amount of wine in an open bottle so I had a glass, then decided to finish the wine another glass and a half. But then I just wanted to eat icecream,
