My lungs are in trouble

Well haven’t been in here in a while. Need suggestions. I can’t take a lot of stuff due to salicylate sensitivity. (Preservative) so honey out of the question. They started tearing the milk down next to where I work. I just finished a round of prednisone. Taking nebulizer twice a day and using rescue inhaler as well. If I don’t do the nevulizers and rescue inhalers I am in my red zone for sure which I am at about 40%. I take my index to help control the junk I bring up which is very rare because I usually can’t bring junk up. I can’t figure out anything else to do to get me at least back in my green zone. Any suggestions???

My doctor and I do our best to have a plan for my asthma when it gets worse...keeping communication open on new ideas and treatments.
