I would suggest that you take your medications that your doctor prescribes you and try you best to avoid your triggers which is hard sometimes I know. Try not to get anxious when you do have an asthma flare up and I know that is hard too, but it does help. Keep your rescue inhaler with you all the time! Talk with your dr. about how you feel and let them know what is working for you and what is not. Remember your health comes First!

That’s good advice Avoiding triggers is so important but can be so hard. My most serious allergy is cats. Both my neighbours have them, £ even after years of me trying to explain why I have to take steps to keep them away from my garden & garage (not least because they will try to get in my house from there) they still give me filthy looks as if to say I’m being cruel when I shoo them away.
